Elizabeth Daily Journal, Aug 19, 1948
Michael Cohen, a retired mechanic, died yesterday at 152 Rahway avenue, where he
was a roomer, after a lingering illness.

Born in New York, son of the late David and Esther Kahn Cohen, he lived in
Elizabeth 50 years.

Survivors are three sisters, Mrs Joseph Kaufman and Mrs Elias Cohen, both of
Elizabeth, and Mrs Rae Josephson of Miami, FL, and a brother, Philip Cohen, of
Miami.

The funeral will be held this afternoon from the Daniel J Leonard and Sons Home
for Funerals, 242 West Jersey street.
