Elizabeth Daily Journal, May 27, 1941
Funeral services for Mrs Siche M. Kidd Creely, of Eddington, PA, a native of
Elizabeth, who died Friday, was held yesterday at Eddington. Burial was this
afternoon in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs Creely was the widow of Elmer E Creely and
daughter of the late Elizabeth Marsh and John H Kidd. She lived here for more
than 50 years until about 1920, when she removed to Pennsylvania. Surviving are
two sons, Elmer and Samuel Creely, both of Eddington; four daughters, Mrs
Adeline Lenten [sic] of Eddington; Mrs John Benson of Beach Haven, and the
Misses Ethel and Miriam Kidd [sic], both of Philadelphia; five sisters, Mrs
Susan Tyson of Port Washington, Mrs Josephine Edmundson [sic] of the Bronx, NY;
Mrs William T Froat of Garwood; Mrs Catherine I Barry and Mrs George Farin, both
of this city; and a brother, John H Kidd of New York.

submitter's note: misspelling of Lenton and Edmondson; the "Misses Ethel and
Miriam Kidd" should have surname Creely, plus, on their father's obituary in
July 1933 these two daughters are known as "Mrs William Massey and Mrs Alexander
Yehle, both of Philadelphia, PA."
