Death was due to pneumonia. Mrs Williams took little part in the social life of New York. For eighteen years she had resided with her husband in this city, and the last four years were spent at the Plaza Hotel. She was the daughter of Robert W Townley of Elizabeth, NJ. The funeral services will be held tomorrow in Elizabeth.
