I Daniel Bullman of the village of Plainfield and the State of New Jersey being weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding - do make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say- First- I give and bequeath to my daughter Frances A. Bullman and all my household goods and personal property including my watch: excepting my wearing apparel. Second- I give and bequeath to my son Charley Bullman my wearing apparel and also the watch belonging formerly to my son Horatio Bullman. Third- I hereby nominate and appoint -as guardian of my said son Charley Bullman: my son-in-law James Nicholson of the city of New Brunswick, he to have care and custody and control of the person and property of my son Charley - if he should have - until he shall arrive at the age of twenty-one years - unless he shall choose another guardian before that time. Fouth- The watch that I have above given and bequeathed to my son Charley - I wish given to him when he arrives at the age of fifteen years and I trust he will never part with it so long as he lives. Lastly I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son-in-law Ellis Ayres of Plainfield New Jersey executor of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. Wittness my hand and seal this 25th day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty five.
