I, Ann Tice now residing at Scotch Plains New Jersey, being of sound mind and disposing mind memory and understanding blessed be almighty God for the same do make publish and declare this my last will and Testament in manner following, that is to say: First: I order and direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay and discharge all my just debts and funeral expenses. Secondly I give and devise and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Meade (wife of Isaac Mead) her Executors administrators and assigns one quarter of all my real and personal estate. Thirdly, I give and devise and bequeath to Ruth Ann Tice, widow of my late son Isaac Tice the interest accruing from one quarter off all my real and personal estate until the youngest surviving child of my late son Isaac Tice shall arrive at the age of twenty-one years and if the said Ruth Ann Tice remains a widow then she shall receive the interest of the one quarter of my real and personal estate so long as she may remain such after the youngest child may have arrived at the age of twenty one years and in the event of her marriage or at her death then the said one quarter of my property to be divided equally amongst the surviving children of my late son Isaac Tice. Fourthly, I give and devise and bequeath unto my son Thomas S Tice his Executors administrators and assigns one quarter of all my real and personal estate. Fifthly , I give and devise and bequeath unto my son William R Tice his Executors administrators and assigns the remaining one quarter of all my real and personal estate what kind and soever I may possess at my demise.
