Beginning at a Stake in the middle of the road leading from Bridgeville to Hope a corner to George Titmans land.Thence in his line[1] North Sixty Seven degrees west six chains and Six links to a Stake in Titmans line [2] North tewnty two degrees east one chain and Sixty five links to a stake ans stones.[3] South Sixty sevendegrees east six chains and sixty links to a Stake in Said road [4] South twenty two degrees west one chain and sixty five links to the place of Beginning Containing one acre of land.Being the Same land conveyed by Zackariah ---------and wife to Asa Roundsifer by deed dated on the twenty first day of March 1857,Referance being thereunto had the same will now fully appear Together with all and Singular the houses,buildings,trees ways,water profits,privilages and advantages with the ------------to the same belonging or------ ----------: also all the estate rights title interest property clames and demands rightssovern of the Said party of the first part of in and to the same and of in and to every part and parcelthereof:To have and to hold all and singular the above described track or parcel of land and premises with the ----- unto the said party of the second part his heirs and ----to the proper use benefits and behalf of the said party of the second part his heirs and----forever:and the said Asa Roundsifer doth for himself his heirs Executers and adminstratiors convey and grant to and with the said party of the second part her heirs and ----that they the said party of the first part and true lawful and right owners of all and singlur the above described land and premises and of every part and parcel thereof with the --------thereunto belonging:and that the said land and premises or any part thereof at the time of the sealing and delivery of these present are not encumered by any Mortgage Judgement or Situation or by any encumbance whatsoever by which the title of the said party of the second part.hereby made or intened to be made.for the above described said and premises can or may be changed.changed.altered,or defeated in any way whatsoever.and also that the said party of the first part now have good rightfull power and lawful authority to grant bargain sell and convey the said land and premises in manner aforesaid.and also Asa Roundsafier will warrent secure and forever Defend the said Land and premises unto the said CATHERINE ANN WOOLEVER her heirs and-----forever against the lawful claims and demands of all and every person and persons freely and clearly freed and discharged of and from all manner of encumbearance whatsoever.
