On Bill of Partition By virtue of a decree for sale made by the Court of Chancery of New Jersey in the above stated cause, bearing date April 18,1929, I shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder on. SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7, 1929, At 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon of said day, at the American House, in the Town of Hackettstown, Warren County, New Jersey, all that track of land and premises situated in the Town of Hackettstown, in the County of Warren and State of New Jersey, and bounded and described as follows. Beginning at a point in the easterly edge of Plane Street 120 feet from the easterly edge of First Avenue, and running thence [1] along the easterly edge of Plane Street, [as the needle pointed March 31, 1893] south 54 degrees west 60 feet to a stake; thence [2] at right angles to Plane Street south 36 degrees east 150 feet to a stake for a corner; thence [3] parallel with Plane Street north 54 degrees east 60 feet to a stake for a corner; thence [4] at right angles to Plane St 36 degrees and 10 minutes west 150 feet to the place of beginning containing 9,000 square feet of land. Strict measure, including the estate and interest in dower of the defendant, DAISY WOOLEVER, widow of ABRAM WOOLEVER deceased, in said premises.
