And J.A.MAJOR of The Township of Oxford in County of Warren and State Of New Jersey of the second part. Witness that the said party of the first part for and in Consederation of Sixty Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to him in hand will and truly paid by the said party of the second part at on before the sealing and delivery of these present the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the said party of the first part therewith fully satisfied counted and paid, has given,granted,bargained,sold,- - - - .released,- - - - - -,convayed and confirmed,and by these present - - - - give,grant,bargain,sell,---,release - ---- convey and confirm to the said party of the second part and to her heirs and assiyns forever.All that tract or parcel of land and premises hereinafter particularly described situated lying and being in the Township of Oxford in the County of Warren and State of New Jersey .Butts and Bounds as follows. The first Begins at a point opposit the Meadow fence in H.C.MAJOR'S Orginal line and running in that line to the line Kiln [2] thence runs west to the meadow fence [3] then running South along that fence to the place of Beginning Containing one acre of land,be the same more or less,Together with all and singular the houses, buildings,trees,ways,water profits,privileges,and advantages which the app---tenaness to the same belonging or in anywise Appertaining,Also all the estate right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part of in and to the same and of in and to every part and parcell thereof.To have and to hold all and singular the above described land and pr emises with the App---tenanees unto the said party of the second part to thereheirs, and Assigns to the Only proper use benefit and -eehoof of the said party of the second part,To her heirs and Assigns forever and the said HENRY C.MAJOR doith for himself,heirs,executors,and Administrations convant,and grant to and with the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns.That the said H.C. MAJOR is true lawful and right iwner of all and singular the above desxribed land and premises and of everypart and parcel thereof with the Appurtenancess there unto belonging and that the said land and premises delivery of these presents are not incumbered by any mortgages judgments or limitations,or by any encumbrances whatsoever by which the title of the said party of thesecond part hereby made or intended to be made for the above described land and premises can or may be changed charged altered or defeated in any way whatsoever.
