This Indenture made the Eighteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy.Between ABRAHAM WOOLEVER and CATHERINE A his wife of the Township in the County of Warren and State os New Jersey,of the first part and SARAH E WOOLEVER of the Township of Oxford in the County os Warren and the State of New Jersey of the second part,Witnesseth,that that the said party of the first,for and in consederation of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of America,to them inhand will and truly paid by the said party of the second part,at on or before the sealing and delivery of these present the receipt whereof ,is hereby acknowledged,and the said party of the first patr therewith fully satisfied:counted and paid:Have given granted,bargain,bargained,sold,----,released,----,convayed and confirmed,and by these present do give,grant,bargain sell,---- release ---.convey and confirm to the said party of the second part and to her Heirs and assign forever,all that certain track or Parcel of Land and Premises,hereinafter particulary described,situate,lying and being in the Township of Oxford in the County of Warren and State of New Jersey.Butted and Bounded as follows,Beginning at a stake in the middle of the Big road,leading from Bridgeville to Hope a corner of GEORGE TITMANS land and thence in his line [1] South Sixty seven degrees west six chains and six links to a stake in TITMANS line[2] North Twenty two degrees east one chain and Sixty five links to a stake and stones,[3]South Sixty seven degrees East six chains and six links to a stake in said road.[4] South twenty two degrees west one chain and Sixty five links to the place of Begining containing one acre of land.Being the same lot of land which was convayed by ASA ROUNDSIFER and wife to the said CATHERINE A.WOOLEVER by deed dated April 1st 1864 Recorded in Warren County Clerks Office in Book 59 of deeds pg 373-374,Together with all and singluar the housees,buildings,trees,ways,water,profit,privileges and advantages with the appartenances to the same belonging or in anyways ---------: also all the Estate right,title,interest,property claim and demand whatsoever,of the said party of the first part of in and to the same,and of in and to every part and parcel thereof:To have and to hold all and singular the above described Tract or Parcel of Land and Houses with the appurteuauces,unto the said party of the second part,her heirs and assignes,to the -ouly proper use benifit and behalf of the said party of the second part her heirs and assignes forever,and the said ABRAHAM WOOLEVER and CATHERINE A.WOOLEVER his wife-------- ------ Heirs Ex--- and adminstration,---- and of unto and with the said party of the second part her heirs and assignees that they the said ABRAHAM WOOLEVER and CATHERINE A WOOLEVER are the true lawful and right owners of all and singular the above described Land and Premises and of every part and parcel thereof,with the appu---------- thereunto belouging and that the said Land and premises or any part thereof at the time of the sealing and delivery of these premises are not encumbered by any mortages,Judgements,or---------- or by any encumbance whatsoever by which the title of the said party of the second part,hereby made or intended to be made for the above described land and premises.can or may be changed altered or defeated in anyway whatsoever,and also that the saidparty of the first part now have good rightfull powers and lawful authority to grant bargain sell and convey the said land and premises in mannuer aforesaid.and also that they the said ABRAHAM WOOLEVER and CATHERINE A.WOOLEVER will warrant,secure and forever def--- the said land and premuses unto the said SARAH E WOOLEVER her Heirs and assignees forever against the lawful claims and demands of all said every person and persons freely and clearly freed and discharged of and from all manner of encumbrances whatsoever.In witness whereof the said ABRAHAM WOOLEVER and CATHERINE A WOOLEVER have hereunto set their hands and seal the day and year first above written .
