Gr.-granddaughter of Garret Vliet and Lydia Eckman, his wife.
Gr.-gr.-granddaughter of Daniel Vliet and Charity Blackwell, his wife.
[p.94] Daniel Vliet, (1726-1810), commanded a company in the New Jersey
militia. He had five sons in the war and Daniel received a pension.
