Lelia Vreeland
Services for Mrs. Lelia Vreeland, 83, of Basking Ridge 
will be held at 10:30 a.m. today in the Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel, 1012 
Valley Rd., Gillette.
Mrs. Vreeland died Wednesday in Glenside Nursing Home, New Providence.
She was a clerk employed by Westinghouse, Newark, 25 years before she
retired in 1961.
Born in Hackettestown, she lived in Bloomfield before moving to Basking
Ridge two years ago.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Thelma V. Denzler, a sister, 
Mrs. Edith Grimeson, and two grandchildren.

LELIA E. VREELAND
Funeral services were held this week for Lela E. Vreeland of 
Basking Ridge, at the Valley Memorial Funeral Home, Gillette.
Mrs. Vreeland died Wednesday at the Glenside Nursing Home in 
New Providence at the age of 83.
Born in Hackettstown, she lived in Bloomfield before moving to 
Basking Ridge two years ago.
She retired in 1961 after working 25 years as a clerk for Westinghouse
Corp.,in Newark.
Surviving are a daughter, Thelma V. Denzler of Stirling; a sister, Edith
Grimeson of Montclair, and two grandchildren.
