  Wilkes-Barre Record, Thursday, May 8, 1930:
    WOOLEVER, Walter, 53, died at home, 221 Parker (sic - Packer) St. on Monday.  
Deceased came to Avoca from Phillipsburg, NJ, 31 years ago to manage a silk 
mill.  He is survived by his wife and 2 children, Mrs. C. F. Tischler, and 
Charles Woolever; and  brothers and sisters, Mrs. Joseph Grimeson, Lelia 
Woolever of Newark, NJ; Mrs. Roy Galley and Mrs. Bertha Hendler, Hackettstown, 
NJ; George Woolever, Scranton; William Woolever, New York, and Lester Woolever, 
Newark, NJ.   His interment will be in Hackettstown, NJ, this morning. The 
funeral services were held yesterday evening at Langcliffe Presbyterian church 
and were conducted by Rev. A. D. Behrends.
