DEMARS
Graveside services are scheduled November 5, at Woodbine Cemetery
in Artesia, for Jimmy B. DeMars of 1105 Runyan.  DeMars, 45, died
on October 31 in Portales, NM.  Direct cremation is under the
direction of Terpening & Son Mortuary.  He was born on 
October 1, 1954, in Artesia to Ted Basil DeMars and Mary Ruth
(Jones) DeMars.  He never married.  He was a member of First
Christian Church in Artesia.  He is survived by his father, Ted
DeMars of Artesia; sister Kay Mathis, husband Jack, of 
Bartlesville, Okla.; grandmother Dorothea DeMars of Trout, La.;
uncles Don DeMars, wife Anita, of Carlsbad, Calif., and James
Guy Jones of Artesia; and an aunt, Louise Windham, husband Fred,
of Trout.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ruth
