HENNINGTON
Services were held September 27 at Jackson Avenue Baptist Church
in Lovington, NM for Carl R. Hennington of Lovington.  Hennington,
72, died September 24 at Lea Regional Hospital in Lea County, NM.
Burial was at Resthaven Cemetery.  He was born September 5, 1927,
in Big Square, TX.  He married Virginia Downward on December 18, 1954.
She preceded him in death on November 14, 1989.  He married Susie
Small on August 24, 1991.  He was a member of Jackson Avenue
Baptist Church.  Survivors include his wife, Susie Hennington of
Lovington; daughters Cathy Ogle and her husband, Harold, of 
Hobbs, NM and Gayle Brigance and her husband, Larry, of Artesia;
stepsons Robert Thienes and Brandon Thienes, both of Las Vegas, NV;
brother Robert Leo Hennington of Scottsdale, AZ; numerous grand
children, a niece and a nephew.  He was preceded in death by his
parents.
