Services are pending at Terpening and Son Mortuary for Frank
Osborn of Loco Hills, NM.  Osborn, 71, died today at Lea
Regional Medical Center, Lea County, NM.

OSBORN
Graveside services are Thursday, October 7, at Woodbine
Cemetery in Artesia, for Frank "Bud" Osborn of Loco Hills, NM.
Osborn, 71, died on October 5 at Lea Regional Medical Center
in Hobbs, Lea Co., NM.  Osborn was born on May 3, 1928, in 
Oklahoma.  He married Yvonne deWinter in February 1990 in
Santa Fe, NM.  He came to Artesia in 1972 from Odessa, Tex.
He served in the Marine Corps during World War II.  He is
survived by his wife, Yvonne Osborn of Loco Hills; daughters
Kathy Leach and Sherry Barnett, both of Odessa, Tex., and two
