URBAN
Funeral services are scheduled for December 14, at Our Lady Of
Grace Catholic Church for Guadalupita "Rita" Urban of 
1204 W. Chisum.  Urban, 78, died December 11 at Artesia
General Hospital.  Interment will follow the service at
Woodbine Cemetery.  Urban was born July 7, 1921, in
Santa Rosa, NM, the daughter of Leonardo Gonzales and Mela
(Martinez) Gonzales.  She married Salomon Y. Urban in Artesia
on July 12, 1951.  Survivors include her husband, Salomon
(Mickey) Urban, of the home; daughter-in-law Louise Guiterrez
of Albuquerque, NM; brother, Anthony Gonzales of Phoenix, Ariz.,
Leonard Gonzales of Santa Rosa, Rudy Gonzales of Santa Rosa, and
Gene Gonzales of Espanola; sister Angie Dunn of Albuquerque;
five grandchildren including Steven Gutierrez, wife Rhonda, of
Artesia; and seven great-granchildren.  She was preceded in death
by her parents, daughter Ida M. Aguilar, son Ernest J. Gutierrez,
one brother and one sister.
