Tittle, 87, died February 15 at her home. She was born September 11, 1912, in Del Rio, TX. She married Orion L. Tittle on December 20, 1931. He preceded her in death in 1991. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Merkel, TX. She is survived by son Billy Rufus Tittle, wife Phyllis, of Abilene; daughters, Peggy Lou Nelson, husband John, of Fort Stockton, TX, and Jayne Lee Cockrell, husband Tom, of Hunt, TX; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
