The Artesia (NM) Daily Press 9/11/2009
Services will be held at Trinity Temple Assembly of God on 9/14/2009 with 
burial at Woodbine Cemetery.  She was born 7/28/1926 in Lakewood, NM to 
Christobal rodriguez and Francisca (Dominguez) Rodriguez.  She married 
Ignacio "Nick" Rodriguez in September 1954 in Carlsbad, NM.  She was a 
lifelong resident of Artesia.  She was preceded in death by her parents; three 
brothers; and two grandsons, Marty Martinez and Christobal Martinez.  She is 
survived by her husband; daughters Mary Rodriguez of Artesia, Linda Martinez 
and husband Tony of Artesia, Delores Juarez and husband Lalo of Artesia and 
Dora Gonzales of Albuquerque, NM; daughter-in-law Minnie Rodriguez of Artesia; 
sons David Carrasco and wife Sally of Carlsbad, NM and Nicky Rodriguez Jr. of 
Artesia; sister Rita Chavez of Artesia; 15 grandchildren; 34 great-
grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren.  Services under the direction 
of Terpening & Son Mortuary in Artesia.
