PHIPPS
Thad and Alisha Phipps of Artesia announce the birth of their
daughter.  Michaela Ann Phipps was born September 6.  She has
one sister, Brianna Phipps, age 6.  Maternal grandparents are
Hollice and Susan Glass of Artesia.  Paternal grandparents are
Mike and Kathy Phipps, also of Artesia.  Her great-grandparents
are Wilma Cox of Roswell, NM, Shirley Meschino and Francis
Phipps, both of Artesia.
