Engagement
TILLERY/LAIRD
Mr. and Mrs. Josephy Tillery of Artesia are pleased to announce the
engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, 
A.J. Tillery, to Bobby Glen Laird Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby
Laird of Deer Park, Texas.  The bride-elect is the granddaughter
of former Artesia resident Dorothy Tillery of Clovis, NM, and
the late Trelland Tillery.  A December 18 wedding is planned at
First Baptist Church in Deer Park, with the Revs. Josephy Tillery
and Rich Schinman presiding.  After a honeymoon to Florida, the
couple will make their home in Commerce, Texas.
