FRANK W. PARKER.

  Hon. Frank W. Parker, Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New Mexico,
was born at Sturgis, Mich., Oct. 16, 1860. He was graduated from the Law
Department of the University of Michigan and came to New Mexico in 1881. He
practiced law first at Mesilla, afterwards at Kingston, and in 1883 located at
Hillsboro where he practiced until 1898. In that year he was appointed to the
Territorial Supreme Bench, since which time he has continuously held that
position both under the Territorial and State Governments. He is a Mason,
Shriner and Elk.
