Laborer, 5'3"age 23 and single. Reddish hair and eyebrows, dark eyes, swarthy skin, aquiline nose, beardless, scar on left wrist, mole on left side of chin. 11 Jan 1779. Signed by mark. Died 21 Sept 1779, His brother Juan Antonio Anaya enlisted in his place. ANAYA, JUAN ANTONIO, son of Juan de Anaya and Feliciana Ulibarri of Santa Fe. Labor, 5'1" age 30 and married. Dark chestnut hair and eyebrows, dark eyes, dark skin, somewhat Roman nose, thin beard, scars above right eyebrow and in bend of right arm. 22 Sep 1779. Signed. On invalid roster 15 July 1801.
