CERTIFICATE of DEATH and BURIAL 

"On the eleventh day of the month of June, seventeen hundred and twenty-six, died
Sebastian Gonzales, married to Luisa  Ortiz. His age was sixty years, he received the holy
sacraments, and his body is interred in the Chapel of Our Lady, (Santa Fe) and that it may
so appear, I signed on said day, month and year. Fray Jose Antonio Guerrero, Ut supra."
