                              Hill

A small country postoffice, located north of Carson Lake, in the southwestern 
part of Churchill County, 11 miles southeast of Fallon, the county seat,  
shipping station and nearest banking point. It has telephone connection with 
all nearby towns. A good stage line to Fallon and Stillwater 6 times weekly,
fare $1.00; daily to Fairview, fare $8.00; to Wonder $12.00.
