Daniel Alcaraz Jr. 

Daniel Alcaraz, Jr., 24, of Las Vegas, passed away Sunday, Dec. 18, 2005. A 
lifelong resident of Las Vegas, he was born Aug. 20, 1981. Daniel was a carpet 
cleaning floor technician. He is survived by his daughter, Alyssa Nicole 
Alcaraz of Oklahoma; mother, Sanjuana Lopez of Las Vegas; father, Daniel 
Alcaraz, Sr.; brothers, Timothy Adam, Jonathon James, Jamie Robert and Joseph 
Scott Alcaraz; sister-in-law, Greisey Alcaraz; grandparents, Edwin and 
Guadalupe Counterman; uncle and aunt, Felix and Annette Counterman; cousins, 
Christopher, Bruce, Vanessa, Steven, Nathan and Martha Counterman, all of Las 
Vegas; niece, Shylin Alcaraz; and nephews, Miguel Alcaraz, both of Hawaii, 
Julian and Christian Alexander Alcaraz, both of Las Vegas. Visitation will be 
from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27. Visitation also from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. 
Wednesday, Dec. 28. Services will be at noon Thursday, Dec. 29, all at Palm 
Mortuary, 6701 N. Jones Blvd. Interment will be at Palm Memorial Park-
Northwest. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society .
