ANDERSON Mrs. Mary A. ANDERSON, aged 78, died at her home in this city Thursday, July 5, after a serious illness of but a few days. Mrs. ANDERSON was the mother of Mrs. Chas. P. SQUIRES and for some three years past had made her home with her daughter in this city, where she had formed a large circle of friends. The remains, accompanied by Mrs. SQUIRES, were shipped Thursday night to Bremerton, Washington, where the body of the husband is buried and where interment will be made. Prior to the departure the Order of the Eastern Star funeral service was held at the chapel conducted by Mrs. W. B. MUNDY, acting worthy matron, and C. D. BREEZE, worthy matron of Southgate Chapter. Singing by S. R. WHITEHEAD and Mrs. A. A. HINMAN, accompanied on the piano by Mrs. Roy W. MARTIN, added to the beauty of the service. Mrs. SQUIRES will be met at Seattle by a brother, Wert F. ANDERSON, of Toppenish.
