Elaine Avella Anderson, 60, of Las Vegas, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 14, 
2005.  She was born Jan. 14, 1945, in Newark, N. J. and resided in Las Vegas 
for 40 years.  Elaine was a bookkeeper for over 20 years.  She worked for the 
Health Department for four years.  Elaine was a member of the Nevada Pro-
Bowlers Hall of Fame.  She adopted and raised two children, Andrew and Dayna 
Marie.  Elaine was married to Ewalt P. Anderson for three years before his 
passing in 1976.  She was preceded in death by her husband; and her brother, 
Chuck Manning.  Elaine is survived by  her brothers George and David Manning; 
son, Andrew Anderson (27); and daughter, Dayna Marie Anderson (18).  Visitation 
will be from 12:30-1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, with services to follow, both at 
the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel, 1707 Sloan.  Graveside 
service immediately following at Boulder City Cemetery.  Family suggests 
memorial donations be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 
Cedar Creek Ward, c/o Bishop Farnsworth, 1325 Labrador Drive, Las Vegas, NV 
89142.
