Delmer Pete Barger, 61, died Wednesday.   He was a longtime resident of Las 
Vegas.

A Marine Corps veteran, he was born Sept. 2, 1931, in South Dakota and was a 
fireman for the city of Las Vegas and member of Firefighters Local 1285.

He is survived by his daughter, Cindy Wilson and sister, Sybil Fitcher, both of 
Las Vegas; brothers, Duke of Ohio; David of Oklahoma and Don of Colorado; and 
two grandchildren.

Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial Society handled arrangements.
