He was born in Karachi, Pakistan. God has taken him to a better place where his family and friends know he is looking down on them and blessing them with his prayers. He was a man of this world and the hereafter. He loved his religion, his family and the power of knowledge. He was a man who loved to learn and was always curious about the world and the beauties of God. He spoke English, Turkish, German, Spanish and the Pakistani dialects of Urdu and Memon. He was a simple, humble and generous man who had a passion for Islam, politics, numbers, family, food and looked forward to the start of the NFL season. He graduated from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey with a degree in mining engineering. He will be missed by all friends at LSG Sky Chefs, H&R Block and the Clark County School District. He was a 27-year resident of Las Vegas. He is survived by his wife, Rukhsana; daughter, Afsha of Las Vegas; brothers, Aref, Ashraf, Farooq of Las Vegas, Anwar of Henderson, Haroon, Younus, Wahid (deceased), and one sister, Mariam of Karachi, Pakistan. He is also survived by many cousins and extended relatives, and nieces and nephews from across the United States, England, Singapore and Pakistan. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that prayers be made for him and his family.
