The funeral services were held in Christ Church Friday afternoon and were attended by a large number of sorrowing friends of the family. Interment was made at the Las Vegas cemetery, the spot being fittingly chosen close beside the resting place of Miss Ethel DALAMETER, between whom and the little one, close ties of love and friendship existed. The sorrowing parents have the deepest sympathy of their many friends in this city as well as through out the county. The casket was buried under a wealth of beautiful flowers through which friends attempted to express their sorrow and sympathy. Bright and beautiful as a fragrant spring blossom, the memory of the little one lives with us still. Worn by the cruelty of pain and disease the little body has given its spirit back to God, and been hidden from our sight, yet about the hearts of her loved ones she has twined the clinging tendrils of a never dying love. Sad indeed is the parting though it be but for a short time. Yet we may hope that on the Ressurection morn the loved ones will again be united. That the innocent child has been spared the pain and evil of the world will ever be a comfort to those left here to sorrow.
