Troy George Blackwell, 36, died Dec. 12, in San Diego.

He was born Oct. 17, 1965, was a lifetime resident of Las Vegas and was 
employed as a district sales manager.

He is survived by his parents, Barbara and George; sister, Lorie Mercier; and 
grandfather, Larry Garrity; all of Las Vegas.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Canyon Ridge Christian Church.

Greenwood Memorial Park Mortuary of San Diego handled the arrangements.  The 
family requests memorial donations be made to the Diabetes Foundation or St. 
Jude's Ranch.
