Bruce J. Bovee, 79, died Monday in a local hospital.  He was a 29-year resident 
of Las Vegas.

He was born May 6, 1913 in Omaha, Neb. and was retired from REECo.

He is survived by his wife, Elsie of Las Vegas; daughter, Marine; sons, Daryle, 
Denny, Tim and Brian; sisters Ruth Thadoe and Betty Peitsneyer; eight 
grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Services are private.  Western Pacific Cremation Society handled arrangements.
