Bryant passed away Sunday after a short illness at his home south of town. On Thursday he came to Vegas seemingly in good health but on returning was taken with a bad kidney attack. In spite of the ministration of doctor and nurse he passed into the beyond Sunday. During his long residence in Vegas he followed the building trade and lived for many years at the corner of sixth and Stewart streets where he and his wife cultivated beautiful flowers. Later he moved to a ranch six miles out. He leaves wife Katy, to mourn his passing. Several rites were conducted today at the Palm Funeral Home. Rev. Ford Gilbert of the Methodist church.
