Born Dec. 20, 1927 and passed Jan. 27, 2011. He was an actor, musician and comedian. A master drummer, he played with bands like Tommy Dorsey and Buddy Rich. Going from drummer to stand-up, he toured with Frank Sinatra and Tom Jones. He appeared on 1,000's of TV shows. Films like Pete's Dragon, Jerry Lewis' Big Mouth, several Mel Brooks' films, etc. He had a hit TV series, "Switch" and was always seen on a lot of TV shows like Jackie Gleason, Ed Sullivan, Merv Griffin, Johnny Carson, Andy Williams, Dom DeLoise, Flip Wilson, Joey Bishop, as well as shows like Hollywood Squares, Love Boat, Monkees, Monsters, Dean Martin Roasts and too many to list. He adored his wife, Evelyn, who died July 7, 2010; and he died of a broken heart Jan. 27, 2011. He leaves behind two sons, Mark and Larry; as well as eight-year old grandsons, Charlie and George.
