Joseph F. Catalano, 53, born in Brooklyn, N.Y., April 28, 1952, passed away 
Saturday, Feb. 18, 2006. He moved to Las Vegas from New York in 1973. He worked 
at the Tropicana Casino for 21 years and made lots of friends. Anyone that knew 
him, knew he was happiest when camping and fishing with family and friends. He 
will be missed by many. Joseph is survived by his loving wife, of 29 years, 
Kathy; two sons, Vincent and Joseph; sisters, Margo Ervolino and Patti 
Catalano; three brothers, Vincent, Robert and John; two nieces, Nicole and 
Linda; and five nephews in New York. A vigil will be at 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 
23. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24, both at 
Christ the King Catholic Community, 4925 S. Torrey Pines Drive at Tropicana.
