PAST FEDERATION PRESIDENT DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS



    It is with profound sorrow and regret that we note the passing of our 

beloved past president Mrs. J. E. CHURCH, whose earthly spirit passed to the 

Great Beyond on Sunday morning, February 5, just three months from the day 

she was stricken with the malady that was to prove to fatal.

    Possessed of a quiet, gentle and loving personality, she endeared 

herself to all who came within her sphere of influence, for she bore "Malice 

toward none and charity toward all."  The spiritual beauty of her inner self 

will long cast its influence for good on those most closely associated with 

her in her untiring devotion to the welfare of the federated clubs of the 

state.

    To the bereaved family, the heartfelt sympathy of the federated clubs is
