The deceased was a sufferer from tuberculosis. On the Sunday before his death while with his family camping on Deer Creek, some eight miles from the road leading to Charleston Park, he had a severe hemmorrhage. The sick man was brought to a camp near the Charleston Park road so that he might be nearer to assistance but was too far gone for human aid. The body was brought to Las Vegas by Undertaker W. I. ROBERTS. Funeral services were held at the undertaking chapel on Thursday afternoon, Rev. W. H. ROGERS officiating. Interment was made in Woodlawn cemetery. The deceased leaves surviving him, his widow, one son and two daughters, and his mother who lives in Los Angeles but came to this city to attend the funeral.
