CWO 4 ROBERT DODDS U.S. Navy, Retired Robert L. "Bob" Dodds, 85, departed this 
life Sept. 18, 2015. Bob was born July 21, 1930 in Bluegrass, Iowa. He is 
survived by his wife, Shirley A. Dodds; sisters, Joellen Ford and Rosemary 
Anderson; and children, Judy Dingledine (Claiborne), Patricia Wood (Stephen), 
Richard Garringer (Sonja), Stephanie Mallory (George) and Theresa Eiban 
(Wayne). After retiring from the U.S. Navy, he then went to work for Grumman 
Corporation until he retired and took up residency in Las Vegas. He enjoyed 
spending time on the golf course with his group of friends. As he requested, he 
is to be cremated and his ashes will be buried at the Albert G. Horton Jr. 
Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, Va.
