His death was not unexpected, he having been in poor health for the past year and gradually losing ground of late. Charles A. DUPUIS was born in Chicago forty years ago in March. He is a member of the Masonic, Eastern Star and Shriners orders and of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. He came to Las Vegas as an engineer on the Las Vegas and Tonopah road six years ago and has been prominent in this city ever since. He leaves surviving him his widow, and two daughters, Mrs. Leonard MOORE and Miss Bessie DUPUIS, all of whom have the deepest sympathy of the entire community in their sorrow. The funeral services will be in charge of the Masons.
