GLORIA FRANGENBERG Gloria Domenica Frangenberg, 83, of Las Vegas, passed away 
Sept. 3, 2015. She was born Dec. 5, 1931, in Belaire, Ohio, to Erminio Varanese 
and Carmela Amarosa. Gloria was a retired sales clerk and lived in Norwalk, 
Calif. for many years, living the last 28 years in Las Vegas. She enjoyed 
reading, painting and crossword puzzles. Gloria married George Robert 
Frangenberg Feb. 22, 1961, in Los Angeles, and they were married for 51 years. 
George preceded her in death June 29, 2012. She was also preceded in death by 
her parents; two brothers, Adolf Varanese and Adam Varanese; and son, Rick 
Frangenberg. Gloria is survived by her two sons, Michael Daly and Robert George 
Frangenberg; sisters, Mary Vallandingham, Evelyn Norton and Virginia Metz-
Mathe; and granddaughter, Camryn Frangenberg. Service will be at 8:40 a.m. 
Friday, Sept. 25, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans 
Memorial Drive, Boulder City. Father Adam from St. Joseph's Church will 
officiate.
