Arlene Frost, 69, of Boulder City, died Sunday, July 31, 2004.

She was born Nov. 10, 1934, in the Township of Pine Mountain, Ark., to Garland 
Roy Dickens and Dollie Conway Dickens.

She loved fishing the waters of Lake Mead with her husband and best friend of 
52 years, Jack Frost.  Arlene will be missed by all those who loved her.

Frost is survived by her husband, Jack; daughter, Jackie Palm and husband Mark 
of Boulder City; and Susan Hester and husband Dave of Henderson; brother, Jack 
Dickens and wife Esther of Oakdale, Calif.; nieces, Torri Haney and husband 
Steve, and Marcie Harris of Boulder City; nephew, Michael Martincek and wife 
Michelle of Henderson; grandsons, Cliff Westenhaver of Boulder City, Ryan 
Westenhaver and wife Kristin of Lake Arrowhead, Calif., David Hester of Barking 
Sands, Kauai, Hawaii, Michael Palm of Boulder City; and granddaughter, Kristy 
Ramirez and husband Paul of Henderson; four great-grandchildren; and many more 
beloved family members and friends.

A memorial service will take place at 2 p.m. today at Central Christian Church, 
1001 New Beginnings Drive, Henderson.

Boulder City Family Mortuary is handling the arrangements.
