Byron Donald Gagnebin, April 16, 1926 to July 16, 2004.  Don was born in Los 
Angeles and traveled with his family until 1935, when they settled in Las 
Vegas.  He attended 5th Street School and Las Vegas High School until joining 
the U. S. Navy.  Don worked in the gaming industry, retiring after 37 years of 
service at the Tropicana.  He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 
years, Jacklynn Spence.  He is survived by his sisters, Lorraine of Las Vegas 
and Mary of Redding, Calif.; son, Wes; daughter, Dana; and four grandchildren 
who were his joy!  Don has many nieces and nephews.  His family will celebrate 
his life Tuesday, July 27.  Arrangements were handled by Palm Mortuary-Cheyenne.
