It is with great sadness, that the family announces the death of Jenny 
Elizabeth Gerseth (Melton), Friday, Feb. 18, 2005. She was born Feb. 14, 1961, 
in Los Angeles, Calif. and lived in Las Vegas for nine years. She was a loving 
wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt; a devoted daughter and sister and 
thoughtful friend. She was preceded in death by her father, James Melton; and 
nephew, Tony Trujillo. She is survived by her husband, John; daughter Stephanie 
Kincaid; son, Steven Bernard; stepson, Josh Taylor; granddaughter, Rhythym 
Kincaid; son-in-law, Nate Kincaid; mother, Elayne Melton; sisters, Cindy 
(Dennis) Trujillo and Janet (Daryl) Byrum; brothers, Steve Melton and Tom 
(Sherry) Melton; father-in-law, Ron Gerseth; nephews, Kevin, Hunter and 
Matthew; nieces, Lisa, Allison, Andrea, Alicia, Melanie, Ashley, Courtney and 
Christin; aunts, Janet Charles and Donna; uncle, Frank Brocato; and cousins, 
Julie and Janie. Jenny was a team member of Texas Station from 1996-2003 and 
was currently an operations manager for Alden Enterprises. Jenny's generous 
spirit will be missed by all of us. She gave selflessly and could always be 
counted on for any need. Family was so important to her and she was the one who 
kept everyone going; thinking of everyone else to the very end. A memorial 
service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22, at Shadow Hills Baptist 
Church, 7811 Vegas Drive. In lieu of flowers, donate to the American Cancer 
Fund.
