Las Vegas Age - 11/30/1918


KNOWLES:  In this city, Tuesday, November 26, 1918, Elbert Wesley KNOWLES,

of influenza pneumonia.  Funeral services were held on Friday, the 29th.

Rev. W. H. ROGERS officiating.  Interment was held at Woodlawn cemetery.

    The deceased leaves surviving him a widow and two small children.

    "Al" KNOWLES was a young man whose loss falls heavily on us.  By his

unfailing courtesy and kindly disposition he made for himself friends of all

with whom he came to contact.  His cheery greeting will long remain in our

memories.  The bereaved widow and children have our heartfelt sympathy.
