He was born in 1874 in Indiana and in 1893 was married to Miss Annie OSBORNE. The family came to Salt Lake City in 1913 and in May, 1919, moved to Las Vegas. Twelve children were born to the couple. He is survived by his wife and ten children, nine of the children residing in Las Vegas; a sister and two half sisters residing in Garber, Okla; two half brothers and a step mother in Waynoke, Okla. Mr. HAYES was an honored and esteemed workman. Interment was made in Las Vegas Monday, April 5, under the auspices of the Odd Fellows, Rev. W. I. ROGERS delivered the address and P. J.
