DIED



    In Las Vegas Thursday, Feb. 24, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Arthur

HAGGARD, John B. FOSTER, aged 65 years.

    Mr. FOSTER had been with his daughter about 6 weeks, having come here

from Los Angeles to recuperate after having undergone an operation there.

Last week two sons visited him here, John FOSTER of the Universal Film Co.

of Los Angeles, and Jerry FOSTER, a trainmaster of the S.P. road stationed

at Calexico.  The remains were sent to Los Angeles Friday evening and

interment will be made in Rosedale Cemetery.  The sympathy of the community

is extended to the bereaved family.
