WILLIAM THORNTON



    William Arthur THORNTON, 66, died Sunday in a local hospital.  He was a 

14-year resident of Las Vegas.

    A Navy veteran, he was born July 9, 1925, in New York and was a 

bricklayer and member of American Legion Post 8 and the Bartenders and 

Bricklayers unions.

    He is survived by [omitted]

    Bunker Mortuary handled arrangements.
