MAKOTO KIMURA



    Makoto KIMURA, 68, died Wednesday in a local hospital.  He was a 

five-year resident of Las Vegas.

    An Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War, he was born Feb. 20, 

1924, in File, Wash., and was a retired translator in Army Intelligence.

    He is survived by [omitted]

    Services and burial are private.  Palm Mortuary downtown handled 

arrangements.
