Later the gas stove ignited and the home was enveloped in flames but the poor mother and babe were unconscious and it was not until the door was broken open that they were rescued. They were terribly burned and only lived a short time. The husband was severely burned in his efforts to reach his loved ones. The bodies were taken to the undertakers and were buried today.
