Las Vegas Sun - 6/28/1990


    Frederick James SIGMUND, 74, of Las Vegas, died Tuesday in a local 

hospital.  He was born Oct. 7, 1915, in New York City.  A 12-year resident, 

he was a retired hotel bellman, a World War II Army veteran, a member of VFW 

Post 9774, Polka Boosters of Las Vegas, and Holy Family Catholic Church.

    He is survived by [omitted]

    Visitation is scheduled from noon-8 p.m. Thursday in Palm Valley View 

Mortuary.  Mass will be said at 3 p.m. Friday in Holy Family Catholic 

Church.  Burial will be in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
